The Gud Fud Story

Güd Füd began as a simple hobby back in 2020; just me sharing recipe ideas online.

After finishing university, I found myself in a place I didn’t recognise. I had gained excess weight, wasn’t looking after myself, and was stuck in a constant cycle of stress. That’s when I knew I needed a change.

I joined the Online Gordy platform as a client and committed to a 16-week body transformation.


Those 16 weeks weren’t just about physical change — they were about building sustainable habits. By focusing on the fundamentals — nutrition, tailored training, sleep, and mental health. I transformed not only my body composition, but also my mindset and outlook on life.

Since that journey, I’ve gained more confidence, self-respect, and self-love, and I carry all of those lessons with me today.

In my career, I work as a Geo-Environmental Consultant in an agile environment meaning adaptability is essential if I want to stay on track with my goals. At times, some areas of life take a hit, but having built a strong foundation across all the pillars (health, mindset, and resilience) helps me bounce back and regain balance. It’s not always perfect, but it’s always sustainable.

My career has also given me the opportunity to develop skills in goal setting, emotional intelligence, and personal development strategies. These lessons have been directly transferable to my relationship with food and fitness, allowing me to stay adaptable and aligned even when life gets busy.

One of the most important lessons I’ve learned is that goals evolve with life. Sometimes fitness is the focus; other times, career or personal growth takes priority. What matters is building a flexible approach that moves with you, not against you.

That adaptability, that balance — that’s what Güd Füd is all about.
